When the new bespoke bakery, Iced to Go, needed a brand, a digital strategy, and a website, owner and baker, Hayley Bailey, reached out to RM Communications. She desired a logo that represented what she wished her customers to feel when eating her creations – sweet, homebaked comfort – and a website that showcased a gallery of items from her standard menu, as well as her custom cakes and cupcakes.
To allow Hayley the ease of updating the website as the seasons changed, it was built using the WordPress content management system and includes galleries, pricing pages, and a section specific to wedding cakes and favors.
While much of her business is word of mouth and referral, special attention was paid to SEO, so that the website will feature prominently in local search results.
